Martha's Vineyard Songwriting Festival

Martha’s Vineyard will play host to some of Nashville’s finest songwriters and artists September 11-14, 2014, when New England to Nashville (NETN) presents the 4TH Annual Martha’s Vineyard Songwriters Festival. The Festival will feature a concert on Saturday, September 13, 8:30pm at Flatbread Company in Edgartown. “Behind the Curtain with Nashville Hit-Makers” will showcase acclaimed writers Jim McCormick, Jason Blume, Marty Dodson and Clay Mills, who have penned hits for top contemporary country artists like Kenny Chesney, Darius Rucker, The Oak Ridge Boys, Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum. They will be joined by emerging Nashville artists Lance Carpenter, Sarah Kirkland, Jason Gregory, Allen Shervelle, The Wheeler Sisters, Jesse Terry (a Berklee College Of Music alum) and New England native Casey Derhak.
