My son Chris Mondak, who is a high school junior, formed the rock band NxT with three of his classmates back in August (Chris is a serious musician. When I pitched this one to NxT, they were a bit reluctant to include it on their CD, thinking it was too goofy, but they eventually went for it. Now, it's a highlight of their live shows. In addition, Jordan Kaye, the musician who travels with me for poetry and music programs at schools, has been covering it, and thousands of students and teachers have heard Jordan perform it.
