My best friend, Roger Dorethy, and I co-wrote this song.  It has been up on his page for a while, but I thought I'd air it on mine, as well.

It's an adaptation of a poem he wrote a few years back.  At the time, he was Head of Security at a Gentlemen's Club in the Midwest, and was in love with one of the dancers.  She couldn't see past the footlights...her loss.
