Springtime is a new awakening.  It is my favorite season in Florida, where I live. I was inspired to compose this after watching some baby birds hatch in a nest on my property.

As it opens, picture yourself on a meadow with woods on the edge.  The sun is just rising, the dew is on the grass, and nature is coming awake. Deer come out of the forest to graze, rabbits and squirrels are already busy at gathering and taking care of their families.  Flowers are in bloom, and the breeze blows across all in a concert of sound.  Close your eyes.  Have a listen.
