This was a difficult time in my life, and the music was therapeutic. Those of you that have lost a parent or close relative should be able to relate.

They say you can't play the blues unless you have suffered. My Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He is in the hospital now. Many of you know the wave of emotions that come with this situation. I had to express my emotions somehow. I sat down and played. This is what came out. I dedicate to my Dad, Sam Caruana. I will be visiting him soon and will bring this song to him. I hope that it somehow represents how much I love him!

Updated - 12/28/04. To my dear friends. Wanted to let you know that we lost Dad on 12/18/04. He had listened to this song and loved it. Iy was played at his services. Thanks again for all of your support and for being good friends. God Bless!
