This is a song about emotional distress, and the confusion, frustration and pain it brings to so many people and their families, but it's also about the understanding, the reassurance and the love for those in need, which is essential for the healing and the dealing with it. 
I have two very close loved one's in my life that are going through this.

This song may seem out of context at times, but that's exactly the point. It's simply written, not many lyrics to it, but honest. I tried setting the musical mood to the theme, and it seems to come across alright.

Please excuse the single drum pattern track...it just seemed to work well for this song.

I play and sing everything on this song, and recorded, mixed and produced it.
