             Did some minor adjustments in the mix that haunted me since last posting this...I'm thinking way too much lol.
            
             I wrote this song thinking what it will be like in my "much older " days with my significant other

            Our grandkid's pictures hangin' on the wall,

            It's amazing how fast they grow
            
            Tommy's got a construction job
            He likes alot
            And Susie's got kids of her own
            It's a wonder how we stay,
            The same through all this change
            As the years somehow find us, a little older
            
            and outside, it's cold
            But here we are dancing so close, and now closer, closer
            
            She keeps this fire burnin'
            Somehow stops the clock from turnin'
            Freezing this very moment...in time.

            Lovely ballad...I hear a lot of stuff I like. I get a strong feel of Bon Jovi with the lyrics, as well as, REO, Mellencamp and the Boss. Musically it reminds of the guy who did Eddie and the Cruisers. Enjoyed this...very nice write. -Jerry
