Truth lies there so brokenhearted,
Ever since shes been discarded.
Hard to believe that this all started
Back at the coliseum --
And took a crooked trail to
The new millennium museum.

Time-tested virtues and common manners,
Have given way to Franklin day planners,
Bells and whistles and ham-fisted spammers.
Now, the only place left to see em
Is at the new millennium museum.

Dignity stands inside that mirror,
Hiding out from the crowds that jeer,
Seeming so distant, yet so near,
He crawled from the auditorium
Right into the new millennium museum.

Time-tested virtues and common manners,
Have given way to Franklin day planners,
Bells and whistles and ham-fisted spammers.
Now, the only place left to see em
Is at the new millennium museum.

Oops!  I think I just kicked compassion;
Shes lying there so pale and ashen.
When did she go out of fashion,
And fall into this mausoleum,
We call the new millennium museum?

Justice appears as a flagpole sitter,
Since she sold herself to the highest bidder.
