This song is a put down of the religious and political leaders down through history that have misled their followers by invoking religion or nationalism for the purpose of personal gain...often power, money, etc. This is NOT about any specific religious or political movement or person! The title is meant to use the analogy to imply that these leaders are as immature and as disengenious as kids on a school playground arguing over whose dad is best. I know that I'm treading on thin ice, but I believe the topic is relevant since these issues have led to the worst actions in mankind's history. I promise the next post will be a love song. ;-)
