Having recently (relatively recently for meLOL) written and posted a pretty political song (White Crosses) I still had some thoughts and words I wanted to get out and that became this song.

A pretty simple melody with some lyrics that I hope get across some points we should all think about regardless of any particular political points of few.  The original working title was One Eye/Brown Eye, but after a lot of fine tuning with the brilliant Trudi, I think we came up with one that will stay with you for a bit.

And in addition to Trudi, some of the rest of the family got in on the creating.My son Derek was home from school for spring break (he is a sophomore Music Education major at East Carolina University) so we took my base tracks from my home studio down to my Dads studio in SC and got his keyboard/synth parts down using his gear, then came back home and got the vocals down last.  I think they both did an outstanding job.!!
