I had this hook/line bouncing around in my head for quite awhile?When I finally sat down to write the lyric out, I came up with what I thought was a straight Blues song that I called ?Gravity Blues??After playing around with variations on straight blues progressions, it just wasn?t working for me?
Enter George Hanlon?..
I sent him the lyric and asked him if he thought he could do anything with it melody wise?.After George?s initial reaction of ?What the #*%@ ??, and a lot of work, he sent me back the tracks which you hear on this version?.I thought it was perfect for the song (jittery, edgy, alternative?and Killer!!) and asked him if I could take it ?out there? a little bit!!?After some ?iisee-izing? I came up with this ?
So, while not exactly mainstream or commercial, we hope it brings a bit of a smile to your face!! ?..And ?THANKS? for listening!!
