Its the Land of Enchantment.
Thats what she read on the giant billboard she just passed,
She could use a little bit of that,
Julies in New Mexico
And I dont think shes ever coming back.

She left her cat in Colorado,
Her sisters keeping it while shes gone,
Took whats left of her pride on an Interstate ride,
Headed south and just drove on.
Could be it was the winter weather
Made her think that it was time to leave,
Or one too many icy alibis
That he just couldnt make her believe.
