I have always loved Music Boxes. One day in a museum 
I bought one that provided paper and directions for cutting 
out music holes for well known  tunes. 
Naturally I wanted to have them my tunes, so I taught myself 
to do it my way and always thought what fun it would be to 
start off a musical piece using that sound followed by
real instruments played by some wonderful musicians.
I am indulging my child within to incorporate it with the wonderful group of woman, Ensemble Galilei, who recorded these pieces that I wrote during the last two years.

The CD will be called "Notes From Across the Sea, With Love, Ann Mayo Muir"

 
 
The music begins with Connie's Garden and ends with
Martin and the Fox.
The last is my salute to a friend and Master Irish Fiddler
Martin Hayes with whom I often studied in County Clare,
Ireland. The Fox is the one I love from the story entitled
"The Little  Prince" by Saint-Exupre
