The vampires all have false fangs now
Stained red from cherry jello
The ogres who were once bright green
Are now a faded yellow
The werewolves both have patchy hair
Their stomachs do their growling
They reminisce about the moon
And years of boisterous howling
A checkers game gets underway
Between a troll and goblin
The witch with two replacement hips
Still cackles as she’s hobblin’
The old folks love to talk with kids
So grab the door and enter
They promise not to frighten you
At “Monster Senior Center”
When you stop by, just ring the bell
A zombie’s there to greet you
It’s best to come at dinner time
They’d all be glad to…meet you!
