                                              Thank you boys for the offer but I gotta go.
Got off the phone with my girl bout an hour ago.
Told her I'd be right home when that drink was gone.
I know we been doin this for quite a while,
but I like wakin up to her smile,
and If I don't leave right now I'll wake up on the lawn.

It's all been good, we've had a lotta fun.
But I'm thinkin maybe this girls the one.
The band is good and the Jose tastes great
I've got a little struggle goin I my mind.
Thinkin bout leavin this all behind. 
If the truth be known I think I am Scared Straight.

I've had my share of one night adventures.
I finally learn their name and then their gone.
It seems this party train keeps on rolin.
Think I'll get off here, its time I move on.

I gotta say there's times it gets real hard,
keepin this damn dog in the yard.
He has so much fun runnin with the pack.
If he'd just stay home like he should,
he's mans best friend and it's all good,
but he's womans enemy till he gets back.
