Pippin and I were together a long time. He moved in with me in 1992, when he was a puppy and I had just bought my first house. He's the Basset. Atticus, the Brittany, joined us a year later. They're looking guilty here because they knew they weren't allowed on the bed. I posed them for the photo to shock my wife.




Here's one of our last trips together, on the beach at Cape San Blas, FL in 2006.
