This is a write up I did with MAB in Nashville.  The song is based on a conversation I had with a co worker when she found out I'd been married for 15 years.  She was amazed at that, (though I don't get why,) and she asked me how I had stayed married that long.  This is basically what I told her and Marc helped me make it a song.  I'm not really a good singer or guitarist, so I'm posting his recording of it rather than mine.  The truth is there are a lot of professional artists who can't deliver a song as well as marc.  So here it is.

2.  I hate to make it sound so simple, but sometimes that's just exactly what it is.
Arguing about which one is better, should we buy real butter or spend a little less on margarine?  
You can't sweat the small stuff, and it's all small stuff.
The big things take care of themselves that's true enough.
