OD OldDog songs
Here is a song from the old catalogue, of which I poured my heart and soul into. Back then I just wrote what I was feeling without considering if anyone wanted to hear it or not. I don't think I'll write many more 'cry in your beer' songs but back then I didn't know any better. Just using music to 'clear' the soul with this one. Sorry if it seems so sad. Lucy Webster I'll have to mail you out some tissues.

I was just thinking about you
Wondering how you are
Lost in time for a moment
Recalling times I’ve lost so far
I thought we had all we needed
But we needed you without me
And what we said would never happen
This is what happened, now say we
(Chorus)
And I know I’ve seen better days
And I know I will again
And we’ll hug each other someday
Not as lover’s but as friends
So I raise my glass to you
And make this toast alone
Here’s to hoping your world is better
Here’s to your new life in our old home
I know that you have moved on
Looking for what feels right
I’m taking time out from moving on
Missing how you’d feel tonight
(Chorus)……tag…..end
