I beat myself up pretty good, for awhile, and finally got it out of my system with this song. The song is actually a combination of true stories that happen during a couple of failed relationships. I truely felt like a "Loser Of Love" . After this song was completed, I knew I had beaten myself up enough and it was time to let it all go. I did try to lighten the situation up; so the song is not a sad song at all. Just my humorous take on it all.
I'm loading this song because a friend of mine just went through a divorce (although it was for the best for him). I hope he gets a chuckle out of this.

LOSER OF LOVE
BY: STEVE HARRIS
Well I’ve run off another, confidant and lover, girl-friend of mine
I can’t stay married, the reasons are varied
From lazy to drinks all the time
Well it ain’t my love makin or bringin home the bacon
They all say I’m a nice guy
But there’s got to be a reason for my difficulty pleasing
And they all saying good-bye
CHORUS:
Well I’ve said “I Do” to half the women of
The other half were already married you see
Well I either need to move, or date a cousin
And they all run away when they see me
I’ve got a double ‘L’ stamped to my forhead
That stands for loser of love
While looking through the classified’s I read about a Girl whose tried
To find a man like me
But for two bucks a minute I was fifty dollars in it
Before she called to see
If I would take her out to dinner, she wished that she was thinner
She’s no-longer a cute Barbie Doll
But the picture I was seein talking my body into fleein
I said see ya, thanks for the call
CHORUS:
Well modern technology provided a source for me
I joined “Love Dot Com”.
I met a girl there who wrote me back in despair, said
I’m about to drop you a bomb
She said “now I am caucation, African American, and Native Indian, all three
I said “well I hate to ask about your past but”
“that all happen in the same Tee Pee”
Chorus: Tag: End
