The lyric is just a fun bit of nonsense that emerged during the past summer's 50/90 challenge. The genre isn't entirely R&B, of course. Billy gave it a kind of  retro-funk disco treatment - a la K.C. and the Sunshine Band -  but that genre isn't in the SR list. (-:   I hope you enjoy it. (-:
