My dad passed away back in 1973. I originally wrote this lyric sometime in the 90's when I was thinking about him and all that he meant to me. I showed the lyric to Larry Wayne Clark when I had the pleasure of meeting him in late 2008 and Larry did the original demo for me early in 2009. Fast forward to today and my friend Murray Williams from up in Canadahas just cut this song and will be releasing it to Canadian radio to coincide with Father's Day. As always I hope you like it and thanks for listening.
