Hold your glass………….toast your past

Hear memories laugh……as time kicks your ass

You stand still while your mind runs away

Hide and seek your game is weak…. still you want to play

The choking truth…… of wasted youth

Has brought you to this place

And now it’s all in your face

Can’t  you see it’s never been a race

And your last spark….lies smoking on the rack
