It's been awhile. In the last two Januarys I've made visits to the hospital. I've felt both times it's been a second chance at life. This January has been hospital-free.

 This song is a songwriting assignment from Amanda Williams. The assignment is to write something from the heart. Using your heartbeat as the tempo guide. I tried to include many of the ideas within that class. The track itself is somewhat experimental for me.
