Here is a Mother Days song I wrote for my Mom who is truely a jack of all trades and she Second to None. Thats her playing the piano and singing harmony. Happy Mothers day to all the Mom
Second to None
Written by Larry Vannatta
I remember the time when we were just kids, we laugh and we cryed, oh the things that we did.
I must have be hard for a mother of three, one older, one young and in the middle there was me
My sister would draw those imaginary lines, you know the ones you where dared to cross too the other side
And when fights broke out the referee was mom, with love and understanding that was second to none
She was a doctor, a lawyer and the head referee, she the counselor, the judge of the whole family
She a mother of three, god bless you mom, your jack of all trades, and second to none
Thought the messes and the colds and the chicken pocks, and all the scraps and the bruises that I’d ever got
When the crying was over the doctor was mom, with love and understanding that was second to none
Chorus
It’s hard to find a sitter with experience these days, but when it comes to leaven grammas, hey the kids would rather stay.
There a thousand reasons to thank all the mom, cause there jacks of all trades and there second to none
She was a doctor, a lawyer and the head referee, she the counselor, the judge of the whole family
She a mother of three, god bless all moms, your jack of all trades, and second to one.
