To say I am a co-author of this is a stretch, but I love it so much. It was written by Andre. I fixed his lyrics and added one verse. It is his. Julias Agnarsson plays blues guitar on this and I love it.

I Love You
I know there’s no use
Wondering why
I love you. I love you
Yes I do
Dreamin’ about you
All day long
Dreamin’.. dreamin’
In the night
….. interlude
Dreamin’ about you
All day long
Dreamin’.. dreamin’
In the night
You know how I feel
Telling you this
I love you. I love you
Yes I do
There’s no way
Any lies are hiding in this
I love you. I love you
Yes I do
I love you. I love you
Yes I do
I love you. I love you
Yes I do
Julias had a lot of influence from Clapton. Julias and I visited a lot of London Blues Bars and when he came up with the intro to this song I wanted to go back so much. He and I worked (or pretended we were hired hands to impress the guests) for his doctor sister in London at a garden party. We had a great time those weeks there, but Julias was doing research. If he had lived in London or Memphis he would be known. Who knows. Maybe somebody will hear this and try to find him.
Our album was titled Andrew. Julius was the producer and I was the lyricists and engineer. We used two Studer Revox stereo tape decks and bounced the tracks back and fourth between the two concert mixer boards I used for the group Pelican’s concerts. I took the master tape to the guys that mastered Hair, in NY City. They were great.
The result is an album that very few people heard. I love it, listen to it a lot and, if Julias will give me permission, will post more of our songs from that LP.
