Down This Road Of Life

There are roads that go untraveled

There are rivers never crossed

There are bridges left unfinished

Where we did not count the cost

There are prayers that go unspoken

There are lovesongs yet unsung

There are dreams torn down and broken

There are lives that come undone

But our Father up in Heaven

I know He sees each tear we cry

And He knows our needs

By His grace He leads

And beneath His watchful eye

He takes us down this road of life

There are times we'll feel discouraged

When it seems we cannot buy a friend

When the road we're on

Is too hard or too long

We must learn to trust in Him

For in this world we're gonna have our share of troubles

While sin still keeps us on the run

But His voice I hear

Saying, Do not fear

For I have overcome
