Watched your taillights fadin’ down the street

And  My tears wouldn’t stop…..Felt my heart break and drop

I was standing there alone….In what used to be our home

Wondering how the hell I’d make it on my own

Cause I had little mouths to feed and now this just  all just fell on me

You were everything that I had ever known

I was paying all those bills…being mom and dad to our both kids
Doing things I   never thought  I could do
Mixing car pools with my job…for one woman  it’s a lot
But I knew that  I could never  count on you
