Just for kicks I wrote a song about writing a song.  I didn't plan on it. I already had the chorus and started on the verses but it wasn't happening.  Woke up the next morning & muttered all day long about the words coming out wrong.  And then bingo.  I said to myself, thats it, I'll write the verses about writin' this song and hope I can tie it to the chorus. I kept tellin' myself I'm crazy, but I already knew that!  I actually played it at the local friendly open mic last week.  I left it a little rough with just a guitar and vocal like a song is when first written.  Didn't know what genre to put it in, so I put it in trad. country because it has the traditional ABABAB scheme(and a hound dog to boot).  Decided to post it just for laughs.  Hope it is enjoyed.  Thanks for listening.
