I finished High School in my 20's, College in my 30's (to be an example for my kids, and Graduate School 2 years ago, for me).  Dedicated to everyone that sucked at school (I left at age 16)  but still worked out a pretty good life, and in my case a fantastic life….!

I grew up on the poor side of tomato town

So long ago “party” was still a “noun”

I went to work fulltime when I was just sixteen

I wouldn’t recommend it but it worked out for me… 

I WAS BAD AT SCHOOL, BUT I’VE BEEN PRETTY GOOD AT LIFE

IT TOOK ME A WHILE BUT I FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT

 

I got two children and a beautiful wife

Guess you could say they saved my life

Graduated college summa cum barely

By the time I was fifty I had my MBA degree…

Now the tax man thinks I’m worth a million
I spend my days trying to  train tenants
Life’s pretty sweet when you collect the rents

Tomato Town is Reynoldsburg, Ohio I've been around here since 1966. I actually live a few miles outside of town in the next county now.
