 This is "Act II", a sequel, to a song I wrote in 1986 about the Vietnam War. "Act I" is on my page...It was recorded on a 4 track at age 21. This a Theatric piece that expands on the original concept and chords. It is inpired by early Peter Gabriel and Genesis . This is a quick acoustic take... I want to add Flute and some other elements. This is a little different then my usual. Although originally about the Vietnam conflict, we seem to be back again today...lets hope the resolution is a little clearer. "Concience" is based on those that were "Drafted" and did not quite agree with the conflict back then.... Today's army is all Volunteer, so It might not fit...or does it? :)
This is not a Political statement, it is a point a view...My point of view seems to change daily. God bless "all" who serve our country...
