   This tune is inspired by the political   environment that surrounds us all everyday. 

      I can be left, or I can be right.
      I can lie somewhere in the middle
         while leaning to one side.
      I can be weak, or I can be strong.
       I can be one thing or another,
      but I've got to stand for something.

    where the light shines down on me.
     The choice I make may set me free.
   I want to live where freedom reigns supreme,
    We all have a choice, tho we may disagree.

      I can be hard, or I can be soft.
     I can speak loudly with conviction
         while smiling on the inside.
     I can be lost, or I can be found.
   I can be looking for the right answers
           in all the wrong places.
