Another Tune recorded on a Fostex X-15 4 -Track way back in the day, (1986). This was a big leap songwriting wise for me. Inspired by the Great Progressive Bands Genesis, ELP, and Pink Floyd. This is a theatric concept piece based on the Vietnam War. I imagined the sound of Huey Helicopters in the intro, Could not sample one back in 1986. I could probably get one today. I think this song could be redone with some real Power behind it, Let me know what you think. Progressive music should be more popular. The Best Band doing this type of Music today is Dream Theater, Check this Band Out!!! Incredible.

This is written and recorded in 1986, it is not based on todays situation in Iraq...But History does tend to Repeat itself(if we don't learn).The production could be better..It was recorded with one overdub and an overhead Mic. I do want to go on record as saying I have tremendous Respect for Our Men and Women serving Our Country, God Bless all of them.

I wanted to post this Concept song here for Posterity. It is somewhat timely given our current situation. God Bless our troops, and their families that worry every second they are away...
