Saturday morning silly song. We didn't have a Dobro so Dale and I just did the best we could with an acoustic guitar. That's also Dale Crockett doing the slide work on the fills. I do the vocal and try to stay in my three note range...The idea of a blue tick hound that plays dobro seemed funny to me. Of course in the end the dog get's treated like many of the early blues players. I had another verse about poodle groupies and losing his soul, but as it is may be ok for kids....If I keep tunning on the song I would have someone else do the vocal.
