Behind the song...

I had read a story on the internet about a young girl who received a heart,and the family who in their own grief gave a great gift of life to this little girl...It touched my heart so, and made me realize how important it is and so unselfish to be an organ donor..I just knew I had to write a song about this inspiring story....

The birthday is fictional,but it just seemed to fit,and made it easier to to put a year of Hannah's life in 3 min...
