Jon Hanson songs
I wrote this with Chris Greyling,a friend from our Columbus, Ohio NSAI group in his basement, we didn't have good recording equipment, so I had Dale play our melody. After hearing me sing a bit I also asked Dale to sing it. I had some chorus melody ideas, but all melody credit has to go to Chris on this one.

WHITE SHEEP OF MY FAMILY

Jimmy’s still in prison
Becky’s in rehab
Momma’s got a boyfriend
And daddy ain’t even mad?!
Sister Jill’s dancing on a pole; every night baring her soul
You can see why I had to go-o…
(And you thought you were dysfunctional…)
OH, THOSE OLD BLACK SHEEP
I CALL FAMILY
I LEFT THEM BEHIND BUT THEY WON’T LET ME BE
THEY KEEP MOCKING ME (KEEP MOCKING ME)
THEY WON’T LET ME BE
JUST BECAUSE I’M THE WHITE SHEEP OF MY FAMILY…
Neighbors used to say
That little man
He’s not like the rest
Looks like the mailman!
Now that would explain a lot; and really it’d be OK
So that’s why mom got her male twice a day…#!?
OH I’M THE WHITE SHEEP OF MY FAMILY…
