This is a co-write with Blane Cox (Dallas) who came up with the cool pickin' and melody and smoothed out the draft lyrics, made a chorus that worked from parts I sent. I've walked around with the Fond of Fondue line for a year or so and when Blane posted Endless Beer Pants on the ramp, I figured he'd be interested in a song about Cheese, naturally, he's a sharp guy. What a great player and singer and all around nice guy to work with. Blane and I go way back, perhaps 8 or 9 days; and what can I say, we both love cheese. I've got part of a pretty cool video done (learning green screen) and will send a link to those that leave a review. California Milk Advisory Board (the ones with the talking Happy Cow commercials) have given us tentative permission to use a few seconds of their cows in the video. I have to submit it for final approval.

E A
I’m fond of fondue and cheese that’s blue
E Bb
And I don’t mind a Mac and cheese goatee
E A
Burgers don’t seem right, lest they’s curd in every bite
E Bb E
What more can I say, I love cheese
A E
There’s cheese by the slice, shredded and diced
A D Bb
Or wrapped in red wax and aged just right
E A
It’s American, as apple pie, topped with a big ol’ slice
E Bb E
Of cheese, cheese, cheese - if you please
A potluck is better, with broccoli and cheddar
But selfish folk say nacho cheese
Casseroles are Gouda, I think mine’s feta
What more can I say, I love cheese
Chorus (interlude chord is 1 1 0 1 1 0 = F Maj 11 +6)
Am7 Dm7 G Am7
Milk cows are udderly happy, to help us make our cheese
Am7 Dm7 G E
More so than their pampered cousins, who give us Kobe beef
Chorus
