CRAYONS

Pacific Blue, and Forrest Green
Color rolling ocean waves and summer leaves
Yellow-Gold, and Tangerine
Now don't they make the perfect sunset scene?
Some are pointed, some are dull
Some are barely used at all
Some are common names we know, but some are not
Silver, Purple, Red and White
Stand together side by side
And they live in harmony inside one box
Like Magenta, Apricot, and bright, bold neons
We could learn a lot from... Crayons

Shocking pink, Electric Lime
They express the way we've all felt at one time
Strawberry Red, and Desert Tan
We hold the colors of the world here in our hands
