Over 30 years ago I had the absolute joy of working six nights a week 50 weeks a year for a couple of years with Kenny. We had some great times and thankfully remained friends through the years since. I have the greatest respect for my friend for both his sense of humor and vast talents. We have tried several times to hook up and write together. This is one of my favorite collaborations with him. I have called him the "spark plug" in the past and stand by that to this day. We are compadres, brothers of different mothers. (just ask Mikey). This was a fun write about how we feel about diving head first into music and magic as kids and never letting go, then the years of reflection since. Great times and lean times. Through it all we remain enamored with each other. Good job Kenny...this was my pleasure.
