One of my dearest friends, Kenny Leverett and I were talking a few months back about a phone conversation I had with another old friend who said ‘ I’m not the man that I wanted to be’.Well it became the seed of a song - we tried a rock version then a country version, neither seemed right.......fast forward months later he sent me this version _ This is the ONE! I have a few lines in it...and am proud to have helped bring it to what it is now. - Enjoy
