"Where Peaceful Waters Flow"  Ahhhhh ..... This Spiritual Ballad was submitted to the CD compilation called "THE GODDESS WITHIN CD" which is a project "against Domestic Violence". I worked my butt off to finish writing and recording this song. I even 'dragged' my beautiful-voiced girlfriend Laurie Scholl into Steve Firiedman's Mellville studio (she's shy about showing her lovely voice) to have her sing that lovely top soprano harmony !! The title of course came from the writing of Gene McClelland's "SNOWBIRD" sung by Canadian singer,............. well you tell me her name.(Ann Murray) The song became synonymous with thinking about skiing and birds and tourists and Canadians and in my mind became a real Canadian national song, much bigger than Canadian Sunset. I hope it helps to fight Domestic Violence !!! - Billy Byron
